We have updated our menu to include two new dogs and ice drip coffee. Zorba the Hillbilly is a Greek Sausage on Rye with fresh avocado and Chowza Relish. Pedro Has No Dog is Blanched Okra (in place of a sausage) on a baguette with chili. Ice Drip Coffee is sold by the 240 ml jar. Each one of these jars takes about 3 hours to make, ice cold drop by ice cold drop. This process creates coffee with big, intense flavor, and all the caffeine of conventional hot brewed coffee, but much less acidity.
